Our mission is to promote lasting recovery by integrating therapy, medication management, and support services within a multidisciplinary team.Role SummaryAs Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations within our PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. Youll ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and staff supervision across programs. This leadership role is central to maintaining quality standards and advancing our mission of integrated behavioral healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and update clinical protocols, treatment plans, and QA systems in accordance with NJ regulatory standards.Provide clinical supervisionCoordinate integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Oversee clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning aligned with DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.Hire, train, and evaluate clinical staff while ensuring all team members meet credentialing and supervision standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ethics, and client-centered care.Assist with state inspections, audits, and accreditation (CARF, JCAHO).Analyze clinical outcomes and make data-informed improvements to care delivery.Required QualificationsMust hold one of the following active New Jersey licenses: LPC, LCSW, LCADC, LMFTMust hold active CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor), ACS (Approved Clinical Supervisor) or dual licensed in mental health disciplineMinimum 5 years of behavioral health or SUD clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleDeep knowledge of NJ licensure standards, ASAM criteria, DSM-5, and evidence-based practicesStrong documentation, organizational, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in PHP/IOP level of care and outpatient treatment settingsFamiliarity with NJSAMS, EMR systems, and utilization reviewCARF or Joint Commission accreditation experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience and credentials)Professional development opportunitiesCollaborative, supportive leadership teamMeaningful work in a growing organization committed to client carePay- $100k- $130kSchedule- FTLocation- Brick township, NJAPPLY TODAY!!!
