Must have strong technical skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online & on-premises environments. Strong experience in designing security models and out of the box configurations. Experience in workflows, business rules, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration. Hands on experience in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit. SQL Server development experience and SSRS/SSIS design, development experience implementing data tier components & services. Good understanding and clarification of business requirements. Handling analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes for tasks. Should be able to think independently and be solution driven. Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches. Nice to Have: Experience or knowledge in Power app portals. Demonstrated experience in Unified Service Desk customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configs from environment to environment would be awesome).
