CapB InfoteK . For one of our ongoing multiyear projects, we are looking for a Security Analyst out of Madison, WI. Responsibilities Analyze security risks and plan controls. Develop policies and procedures to implement security practices. Coordinate implementation of security controls. Lead projects to implement new security controls. Operate security control systems at ETF daily, weekly, and monthly. Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures. Skills Research vendor offerings and conduct POCs. Coordinate with other teams to implement new technologies and remediate issues. Monitor asset inventory, installed agents, and device status. Review vulnerability dashboards and assess organizational impact. Produce reports and metrics on data inventories and policy violations. Manage incident response queues and investigate SIEM logs. Monitor content filter dashboards and investigate anomalies. Manage endpoint firewall operations. Train staff on information security topics. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Security Analyst. Familiarity with security concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience leading and directing others. Knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including directories and data hubs. Understanding of Active Directory and IAM tools. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
