The role involves assisting in resolving daily issues and participating in several specific project areas. This is an exciting, fast-paced practice with a strong mission and commitment to quality care. The ADN will supervise and actively mentor on-site Nurse Managers, Clinical Operations Manager, Prevention and Wellness Coordinator, Medical Prevention & Wellness Patient Navigator, and Complex Care Managers. In conjunction with the nurse managers and Medical Director, coordinate the development and maintenance of clinical support staff schedules and ratios that meet clinic and budgetary goals. Work as a Triage Nurse (20% of time) to maintain understanding of clinical operations and patient needs. Qualifications: Bachelors of Science Degree in healthcare administration, public health, and/or management (Masters preferred). Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse. Recent clinical experience in outpatient medical settings, ideally primary care. At least 5 years of experience managing and supervising staff, program administration, and clinical operations. Prior community health center experience is desirable. Experience with Patient-Centered Medical Home model and concepts is highly preferred.
