Generac SEO And Content Strategy Manager

The SEO and Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading our SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) efforts across a diverse portfolio of websites and products. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and support content performance across key digital properties. This role will own keyword and topical architecture, lead content planning aligned with business goals and user journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, UX, and engineering teams. This position requires a strong blend of technical SEO expertise, content optimization skills, and performance analysis capabilities. This is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of search engine behavior, AI search trends, and the ability to translate data into action to enhance digital experiences and conversion outcomes. The salary range for this role based Pewaukee, WI; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL is $100,000 to $140,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation. This position includes a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans; life, long-term disability, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accrued paid time off, 8 paid Holidays and 401(k) retirement benefits. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
