Position Summary The SEO & AIO Manager leads our Aspen One organic growth strategy with a strong emphasis on AI-powered initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of search engine optimization, content strategy, and emerging technologies. This position play a key role in shaping how we leverage AI to scale content, optimize performance, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape for Aspen Snowmass, Aspen Collection, The Little Nell, and Limelight Hotels. This position reports to the Director of Performance & Digital Marketing. The budgeted salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2025. Essential Job Functions Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for each Aspen One brand website tailored to the hospitality, travel, and retail e-commerce industries. Develop and manage quarterly SEO roadmaps per brand in coordination with e-commerce team and content strategies and initiatives. Integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into SEO workflows to enhance content creation, keyword research, and performance analysis. Collaborate with content, business unit, product, and e-commerce teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, in alignment with marketing and business goals and seasonality. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential, nonbranded search terms relevant to our target audience and business objectives; analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to prioritize opportunities Utilize data to identify SEO content opportunities and inform SEO-related content projects that support marketing and business goals; collaborate with content, business unit, and e-commerce teams to implement Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI analytics platforms. Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and conversions. Create and manage SEO reporting dashboards and present insights to stakeholders monthly. Identify and test new AI tools (e.g., for keyword clustering, content briefs, SERP analysis) to improve efficiency and results. Lead AI-assisted content generation, optimization, and experimentation initiatives; integrate LLM optimization into our SEO content strategies Assist with implementing site updates, including content and schema, as needed. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related required 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or retail e-commerce. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building fundamentals Deep understanding of traditional keyword research methodologies, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors, as well as a compelling interest in how we can learn and manipulate the algorithms and evaluative metrics used by LLMs Experience with AI tools in SEO (e.g., Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) Proficiency in SEO platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Sitecore, WordPress, Webflow) Maintain a strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and collaborate with relevant teams to address any technical issues that may impact organic performance Ability to provide clear and actionable SEO guidance to content creators (internal and external) to ensure all content is optimized for target keywords, on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headings, etc.), user experience, and accessibility Ability to keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, tools, innovations, and best practices; monitor competitors for any industry specific opportunities.
