Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support during a busy period. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor log, ID badges) Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a corporate or fast-paced office environment Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
