seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented
Field RN Supervisor
to oversee a small team of nurses and manage clinical field operations across Brooklyn and Queens. This role ensures clinical documentation compliance, supports initial assessments and reassessments, and serves as a key trainer for onboarding RNs. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized leader who thrives in both in-office and field-based work. The Ideal Candidate NYS-licensed RN with at least 2 years of LHCSA/home care experience
Strong understanding of DOH clinical documentation standards
Comfortable managing and training entry-level nurses
Excellent communicator and confident in leading compliance efforts
Comfortable traveling to patients in both Brooklyn and Queens
Able to manage approximately 50 patients and supervise 5 RNs
Key Responsibilities Conduct and oversee initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits
Ensure all clinical documentation meets regulatory and agency standards
Supervise and support a team of approximately 5 field nurses
Train and onboard new RNs in clinical procedures and documentation practices
Split time between field visits and in-office duties
Maintain accurate and timely documentation across all active cases
Qualifications & Must-Haves Registered Nurse, licensed in New York
Minimum 2 years of experience in a LHCSA/home care setting
Strong documentation and compliance skills
Proven ability to manage a clinical caseload
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
