AHT is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Administrator to serve as the operational glue that keeps our office running smoothly. This role combines administrative, HR, finance, and executive support duties.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day office needs, supporting our leadership team, helping with HR and finance tasks, and making sure our space is welcoming and productive. If you're a proactive doer who thrives in a fast-paced type environment, we'd love to meet you.
Office Management & Executive Support
Manage daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors Order and coordinate work lunches and maintain office supplies Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Chairman, CEO and leadership team Support internal events, meeting logistics, and coordinate travel Human Resources Support Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics Maintain employee records and support HR data entry Help with benefits communications, compliance documentation, and policy updates Provide subject matter expertise on HRIS and employee benefits Serve as a culture ambassador for the team Finance Admin Support Manage the accounts payable process Support invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor tracking Collect and consolidate daily bank and sales activity; ensure reports are accurate, properly formatted, and distributed to internal stakeholders Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping Requirements
5+ years of experience in office administration, HR, finance, or executive support Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and a "no task too small" mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or accounting software a plus
