Job Description: Supervise and support a team of field engineers delivering telecom infrastructure installations nationwide, ensuring project quality, performance, and scheduling.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage and mentor 5-7 Field Engineers Oversee workload, deliverables, and travel schedules Evaluate quality of installation work and provide coaching Collaborate with project managers on deployment timelines Coordinate training and development efforts Serve as a client-facing lead to represent the team on-site Requirements:
Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role (5+ direct reports) 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry Hands-on experience with telecom equipment installation Familiarity with DC power systems and Cat5 terminations Working knowledge of network infrastructure: outside plant fiber, data centers, colo spaces Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves: Bachelor's degree Prior experience in client-facing field roles Exposure to vendors like SynchroNet, CBM, Iron Systems, Glow Networks, or Ledcor
