Manage and mentor 5-7 Field Engineers
\n
Oversee workload, deliverables, and travel schedules
\n
Evaluate quality of installation work and provide coaching
\n
Collaborate with project managers on deployment timelines
\n
Coordinate training and development efforts
\n
Serve as a client-facing lead to represent the team on-site
\n
\n Requirements: \n
\n
Must-Haves: \n
\n
3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role (5 direct reports)
\n
5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
\n
Hands-on experience with telecom equipment installation
\n
Familiarity with DC power systems and Cat5 terminations
\n
Working knowledge of network infrastructure: outside plant fiber, data centers, colo spaces
\n
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders

Bachelor's degree \n
Prior experience in client-facing field roles \n
Exposure to vendors like SynchroNet, CBM, Iron Systems, Glow Networks, or Ledcor \n \n
