Job Description
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, ground-up construction projects. Manage project risks and resolve issues effectively. Utilize project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint) for effective communication and documentation. Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and promote excellent customer service. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven track record of leading large-scale, ground-up projects valued at $25-50+ million across diverse commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality. 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction. Expertise in stick frame construction for large projects. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, design principles, and permitting requirements. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. What's on Offer
