Systems Analyst

Job Title: Systems Analyst Location: Duluth, GA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Industry: Information Technology / Business Services Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 5 years preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Duluth, Georgia. As a Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our IT department and business operations, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. You will analyze system requirements, address business challenges, and recommend technology-based improvements. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. -Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new technologies. -Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams. -Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of issues and solutions. -Assist with the implementation and integration of new applications or systems. -Prepare reports, workflows, and user documentation. -Provide support and training to users on new or modified systems. -Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. -3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT/business analysis role. -Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration. -Proficiency with system modeling tools, SQL, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.). -Experience with business process mapping and data flow analysis. -Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. -Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure). -Industry certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar). -Previous experience in a mid-sized or enterprise-level organization.
