Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead On-Site Execution:

Manage field operations for large, complex projects across the U.S., including mission-critical facilities, research campuses, and aviation infrastructure. Multi-Site Leadership:

Oversee site teams on high-value assignments in varying geographic locations, ensuring consistent standards in safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of superintendents, field engineers, and trade partners, fostering collaboration and high-performance culture. Schedule & Logistics Oversight:

Develop and manage site logistics plans and construction schedules, coordinating closely with project managers and subcontractors to meet milestones. Safety-First Culture:

Enforce and promote strict adherence to company safety protocols and OSHA standards, driving a zero-incident mindset across all project sites. Quality Assurance:

Ensure construction activities meet or exceed design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations through regular inspections and QA/QC coordination. Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners; facilitate communication and timely issue resolution. Travel Flexibility:

Adapt quickly to different regions and project types, maintaining operational excellence regardless of location or complexity. Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation:

Identify potential field challenges early and implement effective solutions to minimize project impacts. Reporting & Documentation:

Deliver regular progress reports, workforce updates, and safety documentation to senior leadership and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate can look like:

10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects Proven success managing complex job sites, including data centers, R&D facilities, aviation projects, or similarly technical builds Willing and able to travel nationally for extended project assignments as needed Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and direct superintendents, foremen, and trade partners Deep understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, logistics, and field coordination Committed to a safety-first mindset and experienced in enforcing rigorous safety protocols on active job sites Skilled in developing and maintaining construction schedules and resolving field-level challenges to keep projects on track Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interface effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors High attention to detail and commitment to quality control throughout all phases of construction Experience working with project management and scheduling software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms What's on Offer

Competitive base salary up to

$260,000
