Customer Service Representative
to our team.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contact
Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
Liaison between the service and sales department
Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow up
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Great attitude with high-energy personality
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
Valid driver license
