Job Description
Drive New Product Development / New Process Introduction efforts Participate in quoting of projects Oversee engineering operations between two facilities Approve new processes and find most efficient manufacturing processes for existing product lines Collaborate regularly with quality, operations, and supply chain departments to ensure OTD MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 3-5 years of managerial experience Bachelors degree in engineering Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Quoting experience Experience with project based work What's on Offer
Base salary up to $140,000 based on experience 4 weeks of PTO Full benefits through BCBS 6% 401K match
