Business Analyst - Full-Time

We are recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support the training, development, and adoption of the Florida PALM financial system. This analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering training, developing SOPs, coordinating communication, and helping end users transition from the legacy FLAIR system.Responsibilities:Analyze and document current FLAIR processesDevelop SOPs for Florida PALM workflowsCreate training and communications content in collaboration with state personnelLead and document meetings, status updates, and stakeholder sessionsTrack training project tasks and milestonesAssist with change management and user adoptionDeliver training sessions and maintain training readiness plansSupport end-user sustainment planning and onboardingREQUIREMENTSMandatory Requirements:Experience developing and delivering training programsFamiliarity with ERP systems (preferably Florida PALM or similar financial systems)Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and learning management softwareAbility to create SOPs, training plans, risk/issue logs, and governance documentsProven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead communicationsAbility to work on-site and provide your own equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Prior work with Florida government systems or Florida PALMExperience with change management in large-scale ERP transitionsFamiliarity with digital adoption platformsBackground in financial systems or public sector accounting workflows
