We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to join our team onsite in Baltimore County. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
1-2 years of human resources experience

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance review cycles
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
