We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team onsite in Baltimore County. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of human resources experience who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance review cycles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
