About the Role

The

Associate

Systems Analyst, EDI

Iwill be responsible forproviding development and technical support for the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process. Key responsibilities will include managing and troubleshooting system processes and production workflows. We are seeking a skilled problem solver who can troubleshoot complex systems, including proper escalation and problem resolution. The right candidate will possess a highly technical background coupled with strong analytical abilities. Additionally, you will be a strong communicator, with the ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience as needed.

This position will be located at our offices in San Diego, California.

How you will make an impact:

In this role, you'll: Provides development and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and utilities, including testing, implementing and maintaining EDI transactions Diagnoses problems with EDI processes, working with other technical and/or business resources as necessary for assistance Acts as an escalated technical contact for external trading partners/payers on EDI-related issues, questions, and activities Oversees EDI and batch processes daily Provide regular reporting on metrics and trends in order to identify areas for improvement and automation Establish, document, and maintain EDI procedures/processes Monitor daily EDI transactions, including lifecycle reconciliation Automate or enhance manual tasks utilizing Automate 11/Enterprise or other tools Conducts Error/Rejection Monitoring and Resolution. Utilizes a File Transfer Tool (FTT) for supported file transfer protocols Performs file routing configuration using regular expressions Utilize Salesforce to track progress and resolve cases What you will bring to the team:

You don't need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a healthcare related field strongly preferred Prior experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare, software and/or healthcare EDI preferred Knowledge of X12 transactions (999, 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277) and HL7 preferred Demonstrated experience in navigating Federal, State, and HIPAA regulations with respect to the reporting and access of sensitive information (PHI) Structured Query Language (SQL) technical skills experience Data Analyst skills experience Why XiFin?

Pay Transparency

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual salary range for this role is

$24.00 to $30.00 , based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.

Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an

Associate Analyst

or

Analyst

title. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
