Duties Description Computer Systems Analyst Series (JG-23-26)
Assignment: The Computer Systems Analysts will act as senior level analysts, gathering business requirements and performing analysis to determine system, data, and reporting requirements. The analysts will assist with determining project direction, communicating project deliverables, documenting requirements, performing testing, and documenting the final product. Knowledge of the software development life cycle and technical writing experience is required; as is the ability to work with multiple areas of the organization as the Computer Systems Analyst role addresses areas that include operational, legal, and technical concerns. Proficiency in SQL and experience with various testing methodologies including regression testing, automated testing, and comparing data outputs is preferred. Knowledge of the business practices of Civil or Appellate Courts, or their case management systems, will be highly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications ASSOCIATE COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST JG: 26 BASE SALARY: $99,490 CLASSIFICATION: Non-Competitive QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, competitive class service in the Senior Computer Systems Analyst title; or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SENIOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST JG: 23 BASE SALARY: $84,659 CLASSIFICATION: Competitive QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, competitive class service in the Computer Systems Analyst title; or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
