Customer Service & Events Representative
to join our team. This unique role combines top-notch customer support with on-the-ground event engagement-perfect for someone who loves variety and values connection.
What You'll Do:
Represent our brand at events, expos, pop-ups, and activations Assist customers with questions, feedback, or concerns both in person and virtually Set up and break down event booths Guide customers through products, services, or registration processes Collect feedback and track customer interactions to improve experiences Support marketing and sales efforts by generating leads and promoting offerings Who You Are:
A people person with a warm, approachable personality Excellent communication skills-both in-person and online Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure What We Offer:
