Customer Service Representative
to join us and help ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through live chat, you'll play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner Resolve product or service issues efficiently and empathetically Process orders, returns, exchanges, and track shipments Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service processes Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer:
