Assistant Project Manager

Ideal opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager experienced in ground up multifamily wrap style projects to join a growing general contractor. This project is going to be a 347 unit, 5 story wrap with precast parking deck. Responsibilities Assist the PM in all stages of project life cycle from buyout to CoO Assist the PM in creating and managing the project budget and schedule Create and maintain a submittal log for all RFIs, Change Orders and paperwork pertaining to the project Management of ordering all materials for the jobsite Qualifications Experience as an Assistant Project Manager on a ground up multifamily wrap project in excess of $30MM OSHA 30 certification Procore certification or equivalent experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints
