The Customer Service Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming sales inquiries Respond to internet, phone and chat/text inquires Generating sales appointments and confirming sales team is prepared Entering all customer data into our database Maintain a positive relationship with customers Handle bilingual inquires for all Van Horn locations Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Bilingual in Spanish Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
