The Guest Service Agent at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay at our hotel. They will handle check-ins and check-outs, answer guest inquiries, and assist with any needs they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally

Answer phone calls and assist guests with any inquiries

Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Attention to detail and ability to multitask
