Job Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure & Security (US & Europe)

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
to lead the successful implementation of technology change initiatives across the TMHCC group in the US and Europe. This role focuses on Infrastructure and Security domains, managing multiple concurrent projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, balancing time, cost, and quality.
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, and manage dependencies.
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive collaboration and problem-solving.
Facilitate decision-making by aligning stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.
Manage third-party vendors and internal teams to meet project targets.
Track and report on business outcomes and benefit realization.
Oversee project financials including budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain transparency through regular updates and alignment with governance frameworks.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience managing technology projects in Infrastructure and Security.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, and collaboration tools.
Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
Proven ability to manage remote teams across time zones and cultures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Pay Details:
$50.00 to $60.00 per week
