Project Manager - Infrastructure & Security Location:

Overview: We are seeking a skilled
Project Manager
to lead and deliver technology change initiatives across the US and Europe. The focus of this role is on
Infrastructure and Security
domains, managing multiple projects concurrently with budgets up to $4M. The successful candidate will drive the full lifecycle of project delivery using both traditional
Waterfall
and
Agile (Kanban)
methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead detailed planning of deliverables and dependencies, supporting scope, schedule, and resource definition.
Identify and mitigate risks by addressing gaps and interdependencies through collaboration and problem-solving.
Foster strong relationships with technical and user teams to support delivery through standups, workshops, and reviews.
Support sponsors in making informed decisions by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures.
Manage third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery to targets and resolve issues proactively.
Define business benefits and outcomes, establishing metrics to ensure post-delivery realization.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure frequent and transparent communication to align with enterprise governance frameworks.
Guide projects from initiation through to a fully defined delivery plan that meets business objectives.
Core Competencies: Comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive strategy and clarity.
Collaborative, inclusive approach that empowers teams and promotes accountability.
Strong influencing and communication skills across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Technically confident with the ability to challenge and guide solution planning across platforms.
Expertise in conflict resolution and issue navigation within complex organizational structures.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of balancing attention to detail with strategic thinking.
Committed to continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years of experience managing IT projects in
Infrastructure and Security
domains.
PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 certification required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
Experience managing projects with remote teams across geographies, time zones, and cultures.
Proficient in Microsoft Project (including critical path planning and resource leveling).
Skilled with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Visio.
Experience in the
insurance industry
is a plus.
