Position Overview

The Fleet Charge Project Manager is responsible for technical project management, strategic collaboration with cross functional teams, and a customer focused growth mindset.

This position has no direct reports. This person will act as the corporate point of contact with the Fleet Charge product and technical teams (a third-party Customer Service team)

Additional responsibilities include:

Designing, Implementing, and driving technical program deliverables with Fleet charge Customer product and technical teams.

Trouble shooting and problem-solving technical needs on the program including cross functional collaboration.

Align projects to meet International Key Performance Metrics across the Fleet Charge portfolio

Responsibilities

Works directly with customers, dealers, and cross functional teams in assessing and developing growth focused technological advances to the program. Aligns with cross functional teams to prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of solutions. May provide support to prospective customers, internal users, customer sales staff, and customer personal by disseminating technical information on the program.

Project Management and leadership of technical projects including program projects and customer/dealer integrations.

Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in innovative and effective ways.

Solves complex issues and problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions and using applicable functional knowledge and existing methodologies.

Exercises judgment in selecting best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.

Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

Organize team workflows

Prioritize tasks based on business value

Advocate for the development team to keep priorities in line and goals focused

Cross functional project management with IT and pricing teams.

trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource.

Develop reporting solutions with program data

Customer focused growth mindset

Proactively manages and mitigate risk throughout customer journey

Strategically manages tasks from clients, partners, and internal company teams

Backup to Business Development Consultant as necessary

Customer support

Fleet Charge group inbox coverage

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 8 years of sales, product support or engineering experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

Master's degree

At least 6 years of sales, product support or engineering experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

At least 10 years of sales, product support or engineering experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

Excellent Communication to all levels including internal team, cross functional team, dealers, customers, and suppliers

Strong Analytical and critical thinking

Independent task tracking, time management

Experience driving successful customer adoption and delivery of projects.

Experience in financial services/ payments. FinTech, and agile product delivery

Self starter

Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Ability to effectively prioritize workloads to produce positive business impacts

Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and the President/Owners of fleet customers and International dealerships

Knowledge of transportation industry and related credit policies and procedures (nice to have)
