IT Hardware (Asset) Administrator

• 2+ years of technical inventory experience [strong hardware/software support] • Strong experience with formulas in Excel (or G sheets), such as V-lookup/X-lookup • Experience managing and tracking IT Hardware or procurement of hardware/software • Experience with data entry and ticketing systems (preferably JIRA) • Experience with physical counts/auditing of IT hardware • Excellent customer service and the ability to interact with clients • Must be able to lift/move 25lbs and be able to assist in unboxing equipment
