Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Plano, TX
Type : Contract
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services. Experience in the financial industry is required. Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is required. Familiarity with Salesforce features such as OmniStudio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, managed package solutions, security, and Experience Sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
