Our client, a leading player in the tech industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of a dynamic research team supporting a gaming team. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
UX Researcher Seattle, WA (Remote, with occasional onsite requirements) 12-24 month contract
Pay Range: $50-$55/hour
What's the Job?
Scope study objectives, research questions, and methods aligned with product team needs leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing). Collaborate closely with other researchers and cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product management, to integrate user research into the product development process. Own end-to-end research activities including managing study setup, participant recruitment, schedule logistics, and interview moderation (mix of in-person and remote per study needs). Translate research findings into actionable insights that can influence product and strategy. Communicate research results to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations. What's Needed?
5 years of UX Research experience, either in-house with Fortune 500 companies and/or in a consultancy. Prefer advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in a range of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a strong understanding of when and how to apply different methods during the product development cycle. Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work well in a team and build relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise concepts. What's in it for me?
