Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): Experience in production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies Ability to build precision electro-mechanical assemblies and perform wiring and soldering operations Experience supporting the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies Familiarity with operating equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing tools Ability to assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies Experience performing detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature components Ability to work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operation sheets Must be able to read and write English Must pass a medical screening as outlined in the supplier guide
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks Support production of high-precision electronic and mechanical components Operate specialized equipment and perform soldering to exacting standards Follow detailed work instructions and engineering documentation Support quality assurance and inspection processes

WORK HOURS: 4/10 work schedule Training: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST Post-training: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:18 PM - 2:48 AM EST
