Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : • 20+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a substantial portion of experience in digital banking or financial services. • Demonstrated expertise in a senior architecture role, designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions for banking or financial institutions. Technical Expertise : • Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and solution design patterns, including microservices, SOA, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native architectures. • In-depth experience with API design and integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). • Strong understanding of digital banking security, encryption, and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS and PII protection. Salesforce Experience : Experience with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) is an added advantage, particularly with CRM integration in digital banking ecosystems. Business Acumen : • Comprehensive knowledge of banking industry trends, digital transformation, and regulatory environments affecting credit unions. • Ability to align complex business needs with strategic architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance. Soft Skills : • Strategic mindset with proven experience in translating business goals into actionable enterprise architectures. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Preferred Qualifications: • Enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). • Knowledge of credit union-specific regulations, including UDAAP, Truth in Savings, and member data protection standards.
