Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Program Implementation Manager to join their team! This position is located in Columbus, Georgia.
Duties:
Drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic technology programs across multiple countries, managing them from ideation to completion Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across North America and Europe to ensure alignment and execution Support team members to achieve program goals on time and within budget, fostering a strong "one team" culture Own issue and risk management across programs by identifying roadblocks, solving problems, and removing impediments that affect team performance and release schedules Engage with stakeholders at all stages of the program lifecycle to gain alignment and ensure progress on key milestones Prepare and deliver high-quality, executive-level reports on program status, ensuring accuracy and clarity Track, review, and manage top-level strategy and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in partnership with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful change across the organization Measure, monitor, and report on project delivery metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple concurrent projects Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience working with geographically dispersed stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Experience working with multi-disciplined teams Experience working IT suppliers/vendors would be beneficial Relevant project management qualifications Exposure to IT processes, services and systems Experience in Fintech or Payments industry preferred Strong record of delivery and execution against strategy Capable of managing and switching between multiple areas and activities without losing speed Drive production of high quality program plans, ensures adherence to plans, reports on progress and maintain delivery schedule Proven ability to deliver on projects across different geographical areas Previous experience within Technology as a program manager Demonstrated ability to follow and implement program management methodologies Benefits:
