infrastructure projects. HVAC & Mechanical Systems

- Expertise in

boilers, chillers, air handling, BMS upgrades, electrical conversions, and piping . Design & Documentation

- Develop engineering calculations, HVAC load analysis, and construction drawings. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with architects, contractors, and government agencies (DASNY, CUNY, OGS). NYC/NYS Code Knowledge

- Familiarity with building codes and regulations. Education & License

NYS PE License required .
