Goodheart-Willcox Publisher, Experts in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and an employee-owned company, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator who is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and expansion of G-W operations in NetSuite. This role will focus on optimizing financial and sales workflows, automating processes, streamlining system integrations, improving data integrity, resolving issues, and developing enhancements to grow and transform business operations. This position will follow a hybrid schedule, working a minimum of two days per month in our Tinley Park, Illinois office.

Our compensation is market based and takes into account a variety of factors including the candidate's skill set, experience level, internal equity, and location. For this position, we anticipate the starting salary falling between $84,240 and $105,300 per year. In addition, the company makes a 10% contribution to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and a 4% matching contribution to the 401(k).

What you'll do: Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and CRM, ensuring system integrity and performance. Act as the go-to for NetSuite issues; troubleshoot, resolve data issues, implement fixes, and work with NetSuite Support when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, gather requirements, and design, implement and maintain customizations to meet business needs. Develop, modify, and optimize scripts to enhance business processes. Develop and optimize saved searches, SuiteAnalytics datasets, dashboards, and reports. Configure workflows, add fields and forms. Manage NetSuite upgrades from end-to-end, including preparation and testing coordination with internal stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors, prior to upgrade implementation. Maintain and support NetSuite integrations, customizations, and implementations with third party applications, such as tax, address, payment processing, banking, and shipping systems. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and compliance. What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years NetSuite administration and SuiteScript experience, with a focus on accounting and finance modules required. Willingness to provide after-hours support when needed. NetSuite certified and experience with NetSuite CRM modules is a plus. Accounting experience is a plus. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript. Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and Applications Performance Management (APM). What we offer:
