DevOps Engineer - Cloud & Developer Infrastructure

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with perforce experience preferably from gaming industry to join our team and play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and scaling our cloud and developer infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our development pipelines, from source control to deployment.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable cloud infrastructure primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Manage and optimize critical developer infrastructure, including source control systems such as Perforce and Gerrit.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that streamline their workflows.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across our infrastructure and development processes.
• Automate operational tasks and improve overall system efficiency through scripting and tooling.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical infrastructure issues.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform).
• In-depth experience with source control management systems, including Perforce and Gerrit.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
• Experience with database administration (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security best practices.
