Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist
to join their team for a full-time, on-site contract role lasting 6 months with a good possibility of converting to a permanent employee. Responsibilities: Deliver responsive customer support via phone and email
Enter and maintain accurate orders, invoices, and inventory data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
Keep well-organized records and documentation
Support with general administrative duties
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Sage 300 experience highly preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) $21 - $25/hr
Weekly pay via LHH - eligible for benefits after 60 days (medical, vision, dental) even if contract assignment.
Chance to gain hands-on experience with a respected local manufacturer
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm fully in office.
