Our client-a leading manufacturing company in Santa Fe-is seeking a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join their team for a full-time, on-site contract role lasting 6 months with a good possibility of converting to a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive customer support via phone and email
- Enter and maintain accurate orders, invoices, and inventory data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Keep well-organized records and documentation
- Support with general administrative duties
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Sage 300 experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) $21 - $25/hr
- Weekly pay via LHH - eligible for benefits after 60 days (medical, vision, dental) even if contract assignment.
