Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst - Hybrid, Addison, TX

What You'll Do: Test web and mobile applications manually and through automation Write, review, and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation Identify, track, and report bugs clearly Build and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress Collaborate with developers, clients, and PMs for smooth releases Participate in Agile teams with daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives Drive continuous improvement in QA practices What We're Looking For:
2 years of experience in QA testing (manual, automation, or both) Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr For automation testers: knowledge of Selenium, Java/Python/JavaScript, or similar Understanding of APIs and experience using Postman or similar tools Familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is a plus A curious mindset and passion for delivering bug-free software
