Resposibilities:
Lead the QA team with clear testing strategies, priorities, and quality goals across both product and AI components.
Design and maintain automated and manual test suites for full feature coverage.
Build and improve scalable test automation frameworks.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to define test plans and ensure testable requirements.
Own the testing pipeline, including functional, regression, performance, and stress testing.
Integrate testing into CI/CD workflows for rapid feedback.
Maintain QA best practices in test cases, documentation, and bug reporting.
Mentor junior QA engineers and review test code and plans.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in software testing, with 1–2 years in a leadership role. Skilled in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright. Strong programming in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Go. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Knowledge of various testing methodologies and best practices. Proficient in API testing (Postman, JMeter) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
