Own and drive the full lifecycle of CRM implementations—from initial planning through stabilization.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved.
Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies across all workstreams.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, delivering structured communication and white-glove support.
Partner with executive sponsors, technical teams, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Conduct on-site visits, as needed, to support launches, deliver training, and address escalations.
Technical Coordination
Translate complex business requirements into actionable integration and configuration tasks for development teams.
Oversee and perform QA on technical implementations, including data migrations, API integrations, and UI workflows.
Monitor system dependencies and provide real-time troubleshooting to ensure project continuity.
Change Management & Training
Drive adoption through structured hypercare, UAT facilitation, and continuous feedback loops.
Develop and maintain scalable internal enablement materials and process documentation.
Flexibility & Availability
Travel as needed to support key project milestones and client engagements.
Remain available for occasional evening or weekend work during go-lives, escalations, or critical deployments
