Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and understand engineering drawings to create detailed job routers documenting manufacturing processes for quality production and inspection. Interpret specifications and translate them into actionable tasks for manufacturing personnel. Calculate material usage requirements for new jobs. Develop engineering drawings for tooling, external supplier processes, or manufacturing fixtures as needed. Assist manufacturing employees in resolving process and product issues, making adjustments to job routers as necessary. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) submitted by manufacturing personnel. This position will be more of a shop floor/process improvement/CNC programmer position than a pure desk position. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with/programming CNC machines (Mill/Lathe). Strong attention to detail and technical acumen. Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Skills:

Background in manufacturing processes and job routers. Experience in the aerospace industry preferred. Familiarity with CNC programming. Knowledge of drawing standards, including geometric tolerances. Experience using an ERP System. Education:

A Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering is preferred but not required
