Job Title: IVR Chatbot Developer (Genesys focus) level 3 Location: Hybrid- Newark, NJ Duration: 9-12 mo.

Focus on Requirements: - Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX. - Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. - Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components. - Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies. - Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.)
