Our client is seeking a proactive
ITS Applications Support Analyst
to provide both remote and onsite support for a wide range of enterprise applications. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between end users and IT, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction across application platforms. This is a hybrid position based in Hartford County, CT.

Responsibilities
and Duties: Deliver hands-on support for applications, resolving issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality Understand and respond to end-user needs to enhance the user experience Assist with application Go-Lives, including testing, training, and post-deployment support Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating complex issues as needed ITS Applications Support Analyst 's
Qualifications
and Skills:
