Inspector – Electronics Manufacturing
Location: Macungie, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

HTSS is currently hiring an Inspector for a leading electronics manufacturing company in the Macungie area. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Mirtec 3D/2D AOI and Phoenix X-ray inspection equipment. Inspect printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electro-mechanical assemblies for compliance with IPC standards and product specifications. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using engineering documentation and work instructions. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all Quality System processes. Follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and cleanroom coats.
   Qualifications:
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Capable of working independently and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to interpret material specifications, engineering documents, and applicable standards
  Requirements:
Previous quality control or inspection experience required. Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred. Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, multimeters, microscopes) preferred. Basic soldering skills are a plus. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Experience with IPC-A-610 standards preferred. Comfort operating computer-based inspection equipment.
