Job DescriptionCity: Burbank, CA/ Orlando, FL/ Seattle, WAOnsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (4 days a week)Duration: 13 monthsRate Range: Up to$85/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1BMust Have:10+ years of IT Project Management experienceExperience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiativesFamiliarity with tools like Okta, SailPointStrong Agile and Waterfall project delivery knowledgeProficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft SuiteFinancial acumen: CapEx/Opex understanding, forecasting, and trackingAbility to manage cross-functional and hybrid teamsExperience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise environmentsResponsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise IAM transformation initiativesManage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesOwn project schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigation plans, and weekly status reportsFacilitate collaboration among engineering, architecture, testing, OCM, and product teamsServe as the primary liaison between delivery teams and executive stakeholdersEnsure strong governance and project control through regular checkpoints and reportingDrive accountability and progress across hybrid team environmentsCollaborate with vendor and international teams to align on schedules and deliverablesIdentify and resolve issues or blockers that threaten delivery timelinesMaintain accurate financials in collaboration with internal controllers (CapEx, OpEx, resource allocations)Participate in cross-project planning and knowledge transfer effortsSupport executive reporting through dashboards and KPIsNavigate ambiguity in project roles and responsibilities by proactively clarifying ownershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred but not mandatory)8+ years of technology project management, with at least 4 years in Agile environmentsStrong familiarity with IAM domains including authentication, authorization, and identity governanceProven ability to manage projects with budgets exceeding $5M (preferred)Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, ConfluenceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a highly visible transformation programWillingness to learn and adapt to internal PMO frameworks and governance models
