In this pivotal role, you will lead engineering efforts to develop a cutting-edge ICHRA platform, shaping our multi-year technical strategy while establishing robust governance standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing risks and ensuring alignment with enterprise security, infrastructure, and scalability standards. You will play a key role in building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team, focusing on talent acquisition and development, while implementing data governance frameworks compliant with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles, with a strong track record of successfully building and scaling platforms in dynamic, high-growth or startup environments. Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, insurance, fintech, or enterprise SaaS is crucial. A deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and secure software development practices is expected, along with familiarity with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and SOC 2.
