Job Title IT Project Manager Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Monday-Thursday) Hourly Rate:

$55-60/hr Introduction We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing enterprise-level projects and possess strong communication skills across all levels of an organization. This role will lead international projects involving Shopify and Zendesk from our U.S. headquarters. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience Minimum 6 years of experience managing large enterprise projects within a PMO Basic knowledge of Shopify Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams Must be onsite in Austin, TX Monday through Thursday (no travel costs covered) Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Prior Shopify implementation experience Familiarity with Japanese language (JLPT N4 or above) and/or Japanese business functions Experience with SAFe framework Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage international projects (Shopify and Zendesk - Japan) from Austin office Conduct and facilitate Discovery, Planning, and Execution workshops Track and document Risks, Issues, Action Items, and RACI matrices Prepare and deliver weekly status reports Create and manage Project Change Requests as needed Conduct Agile Scrum meetings Participate in resource forecasting Perform project close-out activities Ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
